What do I have to do to earn points?

Earn points by signing up for Laguna Madre Rewards and scanning your app or entering your phone number at check-out to claim points on your qualifying order.

How much are points worth?

For every dollar you spend on eligible menu items, you will receive 1 point. Once you have hit a reward level, specific menu items will be available for redemption at your tier.

Do my points expire?

Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. Your points will expire on the first day of the month following six months from the date they were earned, giving you plenty of time to save up for your reward.

Does my Registration Offer expire?

Yes, your registration offers expires 30 days after signing up for rewards.

Does my Birthday Offer expire?

Yes, your birthday offer expires 21 days after your birthday

Can I get more than one reward at a time?

Currently, you are limited to redeeming one reward per order

Can I share my points?

Points cannot be shared to other reward accounts.

Can I redeem a reward and earn points in the same order?

Yes! You earn points on every eligible purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward and ordering additional menu items, you will still earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.

What if I forgot to add in my phone number at check-out to collect points?

To add points to your account within 7 days, go to your account settings “Manage Account”, sign into your rewards account, click “+Add Points”, and continue the prompts. Only one receipt per 24 hour time period will be allowed to be uploaded.

Are there any purchases that don’t qualify for points?

The following are not considered qualifying purchases and will not earn any points to your account: Taxes, Delivery Fees, Tips, Gift Card Purchases, In-Store or Online Holiday Meal Orders, Catering Orders or Door Dash Orders.
